Siakam averaged 38.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 7.3 assists as the Toronto Raptors went 2-1.
Doncic averaged 31.5 points, 9.0 assists and 8.0 rebounds as the Dallas Mavericks went 3-1.
Donovan Mitchell and Nikola Jokic have been named the NBA's Players of the Week for Week 9.
Mitchell averaged 32.0 points and 3.3 rebounds as the Cleveland Cavaliers went 3-1.
Jokic averaged 36.0 points, 17.3 rebounds and 8.7 assists as the Denver Nuggets went 2-1.
Jayson Tatum is the leader of ESPN's first NBA MVP straw poll for the 22-23 season. Tatum received 47 first place votes and was on 98 of 100 ballots.
Tatum led the way with 759 total points, followed by Giannis Antetokounmpo (36 first-place votes, 687 total points) in second and Luka Doncic (10 first-place votes, 392 total points) in third.
Stephen Curry and Nikola Jokic rounded out the top-5.

The NBA has announced that it has renamed its Most Valuable Player trophy after Michael Jordan.
Jordan won the award five times in his career.
The award was previously named after Maurice Podolof, who was the first commissioner of the league.
The NBA also announced the following name changes:
Zion Williamson and Joel Embiid have been named the NBA's Players of the Week for Week 8.
Williamson averaged 33.0 points and 8.3 rebounds while shooting 70.4 percent from the floor.
Embiid averaged 43.4 points and 10.3 rebounds for the week.
Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis have been named the NBA's Players of the Week for week 7.
Durant averaged 33.0 points and 7.0 rebounds as the Brooklyn Nets went 3-1.
Davis averaged 37.8 points, 13.0 rebounds and 3.25 blocks as the Los Angeles Lakers went 3-1.
Anthony Davis is averaging 35.3 points on 64.8 percent shooting from the field while also adding 15.6 rebounds and 2.9 blocks over the past nine games.
The Los Angeles Lakers have turned around their season with Davis playing like an MVP candidate.
"To win a championship," Davis said when asked whether his goals for the season now include earning his first league MVP. "That's it. If your mindset is on winning a championship, the rest will take care of itself. That's always been my thought. I put the team first over any individual awards or accolades that come with it. So if we continue to do what we do and win basketball games, the rest will take care of itself."

Joe Mazzulla and Monty Williams have been named the NBA's Coaches of the Month for October and November.
Mazzulla led the Boston Celtics to an 18-4 record, establishing himself as a promising head coach as he fills in for Ime Udoka.
Williams guided the Phoenix Suns to a 15-6 record as they bounce back from their disappointing end to the 2022 playoffs.
Bennedict Mathurin and Jalen Williams have been named the NBA's Rookies of the Month for October and November.
Mathurin averaged 19.2 points and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 40.3 percent on three-pointers for the Indiana Pacers.
Williams averaged 10.7 points and 3.2 rebounds for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Devin Booker and Jayson Tatum have been named the NBA's Players of the Month for October/November.
Booker averaged 29.0 points, 5.8 assists and 5.3 rebounds as the Phoenix Suns went 15-6.
Tatum averaged 31.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists as the Boston Celtics went 18-4.
